Try to see if you can find any errors in your console or in the error logs for the server.
Make sure the sound has the same file path as in the CFG, including whether it is a .mp3 or .wav file.

I have a test server, but it’s not publicly available.
As in, no one can join it.
Although, there is a TF2 Server Manager that allows you to make a Tf2 server.

I’m pretty sure the Human Sandvich is a private boss.
If you find a server that has them on it, you can ask the owner who made it, so you can ask them if you can use it.

It would end up crashing when a summoned boss would kill a player.
