Where do crash logs go?

I run my csgo KZ server and whenever it crashes are there any log files of the crash?
I run my server off of a .bat file that reads as follows

Maps have to be at least 1 Megabyte for the server to recognize it apparently, extremely silly and perhaps you can turn it off somewhere but that seems to be the fix.

I have these commands set in the autoexec

sv_debug_ugc_downloads 1
developer 1

The server is run by me on my pc so I dont run it 24/7.
The lol map was made by me, it works if I go into it...

So now that I can see in depth what the console is saying everytime I start the server up after adding a map to my collection and subscribing to it. It just says

How come whenever I want to add a map I wanna say like 20 percent of the time I subscribe to the map, add it to my collection that I am hosting. I will add the workshop/24525/MAPNAME to both mapslist...

I run the server every once and a while for me and my friends, random people will join every now and again and yes the bug is fixed what seemed to be happening is I was hosting a workshop collection...

As of right now I got rid of +host_workshop_map and mapgroup and only have the collection and it seems
to work prior to trying this I couldnt rtv 10 minutes in with another person on the map and...

How does one add more maps to this mapgroup, it tells me the mapgroup is the numbers for the workshop collection that I have for all the maps?

when I type in print_mapgroup_sv only workshop/279166189/kz_chinablock shows up aka the map the server starts with it looks like the server is not even recognizing the server mapgroup.

no dice hamilton I still think this shit is somehow connected to players. My new theory is that it has something to do with the time limit because I can always change the map withing the first minute...

A thought that just occured to me everytime I use rtv when I was the only one on the server for the entire duration of the servers uptime rtv worked. But as soon as someone joined and like 5 minuted...

I just restarted the server and right away i did a force mapvote then rtv, i used no base core plugins commands and [sm] changed the map.
