I also added that after the 5 seconds over the client will be teleported to the place he was when he used the command so he wont get stucked.

I had a little problem in that code. fixed it. also make sure that all the overlays are on the server.

Timer_CountDown called on round start so you need to declare to which clients you want to show the overlay.
In order to show overlay to a specific client use:
ShowOverlay(int client, char[] path,...
