It can't be, because this plugin check player team:
GetClientTeam(i_Client) == TEAM_SURVIVOR

Probably your have bad settings for l4d_fall_bug_warnings and l4d_fall_bug_time.

Why are you use OnGameFrame() for reload check? You can hook "weapon_reload" event.
