There is no any lags in a games. Problem was in KVM virtualization support of processor E5-2620.

У вас просто не установлены соответствующие библиотеки. gcc lib и так далее. На ресурсах Valve где-то написано о необходимых библах.

It looks like you didn't install the game via steamcmd console. Your srcds doesn't know where's the game foder.
