It won't be included since it's not part of what the plug-in should fix. Only the abnormalities with "m_survivorCharacter" netprop being below 0 and above 3, not extra survivors spawned.

It's intended. You can't wallkick while you're burning until it's put out by going into a body of water or a survivor interrupts you by shooting at you until you're on the ground.

Only L4D(2), Nuclear Dawn and CS:GO need it for now and it's already included in the archive once you download the proper one for your server's platform and SM version.
