Yes. You should change these lines to your usernames and passwords. It is just an example.
You also have to delete the comments "/*" and "*/" to activate.

I have a problem with AmxBans 6.0.3.

If ban a player for 5 minutes, he/she can reconnect promptly.
The lowbantime isn't working, but the highbantime is good.
