I've updated that last post to include that bms has it's own hooks.
They're in the latest snapshot of Sourcemod.

Is this something you'd maybe add to your plugin, or should I look elsewhere?

Perhaps it needs to call more games.

Include Call
EXTENSIONS
sdkhooks.ext.2.bms.dll
sdktools.ext.2.bms.dll
and I don't have a game.tf2.ext even in there
but I do have game.tf2.ext.2.tf2.dll...

Seems to be looking for a TF2 prerequisite. If I were to add 'TF2 Tools' and the 'game.tf2.ext' - would it work for Blake Mesa, or only TF2?

Using my Internal IP on both the "plugin.calladmin_ts3.cfg" and the "app.config.php" seems to have stopped the errors in console. Now to find out if it actually sends reports.

How can I go about using the same concept of scuztools, work with this? Like, have a beam orient in the direction of the hidden based on which way he's moving, instead of having it spawn a sprite...

Would absolutely love if you could get this working for "Hidden: Source" - I believe it's based off of SDK 2006. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the sm_trigger_add command; does nothing....
