As I mentioned in this post, that version the user posted did not work for me. Even the command !rules is not showing.

Yes I saw it, and tried to use it, but it is not working.
the menu doesnt show up when i use the !rules command. It used to show up when i used eyal282's original plugin.
PS: I have a left 4 dead 2...
