El nombre de la carpeta y el del model tienen que ser lo mismo.

Entonces:
Nombre de la carpeta: zp_nemesis
Nombre del archivo: zp_nemesis.mdl
Avisa si no es eso, normalmente esa es la...

I don't think so, try to turn it off renaming plugins-zplague.ini to disabled-zplague.ini
I really think CVAR in a game is useless...
