im also remove all unnessesary plugins and modules,but did not change and steel give "bad server address" .

I have to re connect several times To be able to connect the server. Other servers work...

tested with multiple port such as: 27014,27015,27016,27500, but not fixed.

actualy ihave 1 public server on port 27015 and take copy from that,then I opened server.cfg and edit ip to : ip...

yes , my other friends use same work and not have any problem, ihave just problem with mdl files ,

maybe for host configuration limit speed for some file type such mdl files ?

yes true,my files and folder name excatly Are similar together , like my maps , i just copy paste requried models and maps from my server to host without any changes , my maps...

you must put all nesesary files such : maps , models, wad and other to cstrike folder in your own host or free host ,

cstrike > maps > your map files
cstrike > models> your models file
