I also tried with setting zr_permissions_use_groups to 1 and define a group in admin_groups.cfg and edit admins.cfg for that.

I added my self as admin in admins_simple.ini

here is the text which I added in admins.simple.ini :

"STEAM_0:0:xxxxxxx" "b"

but 1.ZAdmin menu...
