sm not working for half life 2: deathmatch

Ive tried to install sourcemods in both regular hl2dm (*common\halflife 2 deathmatch\hl2mp) folder and srcds.exe folder (C:\hl2dm\hl2mp)

I have some problems installing sourcemods

I try to install addons & cfg to C:\hl2dm\hl2mp
When i launch srcds.exe nothing happens.
Im using sourcemod-1.8.0-git6040-windows for windows.
Writing sm in console gives me nothing
