But the thing is the settings are in fact correct, and with fastDL off I get the same error minus the url.

Someone suggested it had something to do with map groups.

1: No errors just, kz_giantbean.rec file so looks like it should still work. Only a TP time no pro time on that map so dunno if the bot doens't appear until a pro time happens?

I promise you the servers power is not related to the issue.

Some sort of conflict with windows server 2003 MAYBE, other then that rates and configs applied to the CFG could be the only possible...

Well it has nothing to do with the server being up for a long time. The server runs all the other TF2 Servers and other source related servers fine.
