Simply download the .sp rather than the .smx file, then open it (Default is notepad) and hit ctrl+H to search. Then search for the flag its currently attached too (Normally SLAY or BAN) And...

Ok I've gone over it and so far these where the only problems I found.

If you enable godclip and the round ends, you start off the next round with it still on, only difference is that the noclip...

Well I heard from one of the admins on my server of a ZPS-compatible jail-mod command.

The way he described it was that it would(more-or-less)

Remove ability to use admin...

sm_spawnphysics "models/crow.mdl"
is nothing >.>

This is in ZPS

EDIT:Should say that the same commands used to make a hat, work...

Yes some things (such as Alyx) work as a physics.
But the crows and such wont seem to spawn at all for me, and dont appear as a static as you said they should
