Removed from zip, update some functions, added one screenshot.
ADMIN_KICKers currently can using funrs and rs chat commands.
Default users can use only rs. I think that's more correctly.

or in 39th line looked at the g_awp_active = register_cvar("awp_active", "1") and replace 1 for 0
