How many players pr. instance?

If it's 10 players and you're not running demanding plugins, or anything demanding in the background i'd say it should be possible with 8 instances.

As Cripix points out it's Catch Box theme for Wordpress.

The end of map vote not working is most likely because you messed up something in your mapgroup.
At the very least you're missing a } at the end of it, you're not closing "GameModes_Server.txt" {...

Same here, setting tv_enable to 1 will eat increasingly amounts of memory as more and more players join until the server crashes and restarts.....

install htop pay attention when it spikes, is one of the cores maxed out?

If yes, you might want to try and assign cores to your srcds instances manually, the cpu governor might get overzealous in...

Enable Sourcequery on -nomaster servers

If you use -nomaster when you launch a server it will also disable sourcequery making the server seem offline until you try and connect via console.

Does anything exist that will re-enable...

Most likely a unicode emoji in a playername that mess up the mysql query.

Easiest fix would be to install a plugin that disallows it.
