When i try any pokemod commands it says pokemod is disabled. and when i type pokemod in console it says missing file(s)

whenever i try to upload my plugins i log in the server say amx_plugins and it says that they have a "bad load" instead of saying "running" whats wrong?

that dosent work for me got another one? and i dont want the boost. most of them make it so you gain speed i want so you just dont lose it. no gain
