Ey bro! it's bugged with teamlock plugin.
I locked the CT and TERROR because I'm using teamlock plugin but since in "EliteAdminSystem_Users" it ask for "skin_t" and "skin_ct" idk what to put them to...

Ye but menu doesnt open for admins, only to people who has ALL flags and it gives mute for seconds instead of minutes

You can also add !rr command and when I use !rr it restart the round and say in chat " [AMXX] Admin XXX restarted the round"? :X I'm sorry for bothering but...

Edit: It works bro. i use !gag then it open menu, I choose the player and then it let me only choose minute to gag and no reason. After 1 min of the gag it doesn't say on chat "XXX is no longer...

it jsut send it as a message and not command :(

I made your code in SMA text as "commandsadmin" complied it to AMXX, moved it to plguins and added in plugins in

but still this is what happens
...

!rr - restart the round with text on chat for example "ADMINNAME has restarted the round/game"
!gag - admin has muted...

Do you see the "team player" option? It has CT and T option and I wanna add SPEC option as well, moving player from CT/T to spec and from SPEC to ct/t but not alive please :)

Edit. I installed everything, trying to open the server with "hlds" and once I press "start server" it says "Starting dedicated server" and then closes it. Doesn't open the server at all.
