I don't see the purpose of that, since what you have written is an empty macro... Basically it does nothing.

It should be : #define fm_DispatchSpawn(%1)...

- what's fm_DispatchSpawn ?
- LANG_PLAYER should be used only for all players, meaning 0 as id. If not the case, use the id passed.
