I have a problem. I made "ap_listen 1" admin see the dead chat, but when admin alive, he answer, but dead players don't see the message. So, i need, that dead players can see all chat, alive players...

Big thanks. And m0skVi4a, can u do in the next update prefixes by all flags, that have user?
Cause i have a lot of problems with flags, and in the end i do head admin prefixes by name, cause flags...
