Lol this is not working corectly :) Players can't drop thier weapons during whole round, but can do that during freezetime :D

Thx wrecked_, but it seems like doesn't work i can still drop weapon during freezetime, i set mp_freezetime cvar to 6 to test so thats it...

Reasons are the same in both cases when file is wrong and when it not exists.
That version of CSF deletes .dll cos it need to put/enable another opengl32.dll cheat file. Another dll check enables...

I hastened cos i tested this completely only today on localhost... Something is wrong with xpaws code because if normal player connected without any opengl32, server reject him... Fix it pls.

in most cases high cpu usage is not from clients if your server is up to date and nobody can exploit it. hlds engine not care about different rate on clients, it all affects to net code, not cpu,...

A gopher is to detect player who have opengl32.dll that should be same as on the server then ban him. On your way, if i put another opengl32.dll...
