I had my scrolling message set to every 90 secs with quite a long message so was almost always showing and imessages to every 180 so maybe they were hogging the...

This plugin already does that set amx_czbotautoadd to 4 in your amx config and set bot_quota to 4 in your server config.

Then you will have 4 bots on the server and everytime a player joins a bot...

Wow thanks that was a quick reply, i tested this plugin and whatever you did seems to have worked, the "no rolling b4 round starts" bug seems to be fixed, i think the fix broke the antistuck feature...

This plugin works fine for me with amxmodx 1.8, it changes incorrect rates perfectly, do you have any other plugins that could be affecting it, is this plugin set up correctly.

I have updated to 0.13 and its been running for over a day now without any errors so i think its fixed. (0.12 logged errors almost straight away)

Yeah i just realised putting the sound in the motd would play the sound to a player when they joined the server not just at warmup so thats no good for you.

So gg_sound_welcome is what you want...
