I also had this flood message when I used your plugin. If it helps, though, it seemed to only happen when I did NOT use the empty map function.

Running the POD Bot installer with AMXx installed...
Running the POD Bot installer with AMXx installed would overwrite the libist.gam, making metamod along with AMXx not work. Either fix the libist.gam or install AMXx again if you don't know how.
