TF2 Custom Chat Colors with menu makes colors go away

I use Custom Chat colors to give admins and donors their chat tags and name colors, I am trying to add custom chat colors menu but am having some issues with it.

I have been looking for a way that the client can use one command (I.E. !potato || /potato), then the server will invoke one, or more commands on them. Anything helps, thanks.
