If this is a Linux box, run top for a while and see if the amount of ram usage increases over time before a crash. If it's a Windows box, watch the memory usage in task manager.

I've never heard of something like this before but I'd suggest verifying the game through SteamCMD. I've been surprised at how many times that has actually solved my TF2 server issues.

Did you make sure to specify a map when starting your server? None of what your server is saying is a hard error. It has simply stopped and not loaded a map.
