wenever i install 1 the server doesnt respond

e.g. roll_the_dice.amxx in plugins folder

hi, i am not too sure, the server installed amx x for me. All i know is as soon as i do what ive said... the server doesnt respond.

hey, what it told me... is what ive been doing.
e.g. listmaps.amxx i put this in the plugins folder, then type it in the .ini file, save it

I then restart my server and it doesnt respond...

I want to add a few plugins, like roll the dice, rockthevote, etc.... how would i go about doing this.....

I am a noob so a gd explanation would...
