Problem with v3.3-beta2

No crash, but it gets stuck in a runoff vote loop.
(I ended up unloading the core plugin.)

I wasn't on the server at the time, but I've been told that the map vote kept rapidly occurring over and over again.

I'm using the latest available version of Powerlord's Builtin vote extension.
