Yeah, I have the same question, and for some reason it shows the scoreboard for 14 seconds even after a succesful rtv and I don't know why...

Great plugin! Do you know how can I disable the Valve vote after the last round is ended? I mean the one that shows de_dust2, de_nuke... next to the scoreboard.
