You can still modify the plugin and adding a check if player is a zombie or not, thus not allowing the use of the parachute for him.

A simple solution is to use the original version with +use. Using jump, you will have more issues since it's more often used.

Set the money cvar to 0, and it will give automatically a parachute .

Remove "|| access(id,PARACHUTE_LEVEL)" but why don't you give a free parachute for all ?

parachute_cost is a cvar. Put where you want in a config file.

amxx.cfg is a good place.

Basicaly, exporting texture from Half-Life Model Viewer, modifying in your favorite image software, importing the new texture, then saving as the new model.

Now you can probably find a tutorial...

@vittu : What it said is if he selects "undead" race thus he can jump higher and run more quickly, but once he used the parachute he cannot jump any more high nor to run quickly. Just this problem....
