CS:GO sv_allowdownload cvar not there?

not sure how to enable downloads on my server. sv_allowdownload is not a valid cvar anymore. Anyone know a work around, some servers i've connected to let me download while others do not so there...

I use http://www.artofwarcentreal.com there really nice people and have 24/7 Techsupport (The longest i have ever waited was about 30 minutes) for my problem to be fixed :)

BANNING FLASHBANGS?

Hello, When i switch the mpa to iceworld they start with flashbangs and their way to cheep. I try to ban the with mani admin but they still spawn with them! how can i change the spawn wepons/nades?
