I am looking for a plugin that would make it require ppl to agree to a motd {for rules} before they can continue it would be nice if it saved the steamid to a DB and it was a one time thing for them

Is there a way to add a cvar that allows you to choose if you can show the warden notifications ie.. msay or csay so people can see it a little better?
