i dont know if it too late to change the way translation file work but i found a bug in the way you do it.

If in a single file you put french and russian you will end with a corupt file.. french...

Update found bug for translation file fr need to be save in ansi and ru in utf-8 saving the file in ansi corupt ru translation...
