eh, what he wants is a plugin to force a certain player to play the sound file. all you need to do is get the force Prechache plugin and put the sound file. then get the exec command. u will know...

All i did was port this plugin from amxmod to amxmodx. I havn't tested it yet. Will do it right this second. Ill update post if it works. If not, ill delete this post... Simple as that! :D
