I've seen the Fragvideo from Reptile and it was so awesome, he killed everyone and get more and more crits.
The today's critical max chance is 12% (2% Base chance + 10% Bonus Chance) and I think...

because the Dukehacks extension (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=69658) is currently only compatible with sourcemod 1.1 or 1.0.4
