Can you, possibly read STEAM_ID's from a file, and apply "special" intros and exits to specific players?
For example, server owner comes in and it says ... whatever the server owner wants it to...

I installed the plugin, and I just get "sm_destroy" is an unknown command.

There is actually a way to achieve "true" instant spawn.

Enable crits on your server, and use a crit modifer plugin to change the crit chance to absolutely zero.
This way crits will both show up in humiliation and whilst using the kritzkrieg.

You don't need srcds to do this, just make the file "objects.txt" or extract it from the gcf, and place it in the cache folder.
srcds is just an extracted form of the tf2 dedicated server.

Note that this only gives you 25%+ uber for every bone saw hit, and 3 hp drain per syringe hit.
It does not disable syringe gun critical nor does it slow the bone saw by 20%.
