Need experienced coders input on official CS 1.6 (HL/GoldSrc/..) development process

So about a month ago, Valve allowed one of it's employees to actually start working on fixing and updating the game unlike some exploit-fixing only updates we saw over the years.

I fixed above bug by adding ";" before cu_amx_cvar_fix.amxx, so it will load when requested by other plugins.
Infinite round is still working even though its not loaded before admincmds.amxx :)

Not sure if it reported before, probably not because its nothing serious.

CS 1.6 will fail to load proper sky graphic file upon...
