1st guy is banned and the zip file with materials is missing
2nd one is not what im looking for, i just want a simple menu to spawn those cars and drive them, not a full rally...

Hello

Is there any plugin that spawns buggys or helicopters in CSS and allows you to drive them? It's basicly just for trolling purposes. I've seen some but they're outdated and missing files.

That doesn't trigger anything when typing !top, are you sure that's correct? what about {USER} or {SERVER}, The url to my stats does work and triggers a webbrowser...
