survivor player amount cant exceed "survivor_limit" even you use !addbot. And v0.9.5 server will be filled with bots at the begin of game. You need...

Are you using l4dtoolz +my plugin? My lobby show the correct slotnum and 5rd 6rd ... player can join server via lobby.

!addbot in version0.9.4 becomes useless execept you kick a bot in the middle of game or chang CVAR sv_maxplayers. Because all bots will be spawned at the begin.

Mplayer1.4.4 is a primitive one of multiplayer,it works stable and perfect. But it has less feature of l4d2.
Temporarily,You can fill with bots at the begin of game.

Many people have issued that L4d2 is so laggy. And Valve has make some patches to reduce the lag. So you may try the latest patch vesion(ie. 4052), it in fact reduces lag very well.
