Counting how many kills a player has

I'm currently working on a gamemode where you shove players off the level, (surprisingly easy) and I'm trying to give players a weapon when they kill enough players without dying.

I meant attributes that aren't in the game, not weapons with different attributes.

I'm pretty sure you can just use decimals to reduce bullet per shot so 0.5 for half as many shots. It's not that complex lol.

Damage penalty and projectiles

I'm trying to make a 'better' version of the sticky jumper, but the damage penalty attribute isn't working, and neither is the 'override projectile type' attribute. It seems that problem is exclusive...
