For everyone who got trouble with TTT and skinchooser:
Go to your TTT config file and turn of forceplayerskin on Round Start.

So, I found the problem. default_arms.ini made my csgo Server crash while connecting.
I disabled the function of arms and now it runs.
Still getting the error log, but well. It works.
