That's probably one of those "spam" kind of plug-ins that just redirect everyone, usually used on fake game servers that show fake data (e.g. simulate as if players were playing there). They work...

I don't see any problems in that log regarding xREDIRECT. You can see yourself that the servers are loaded properly.

Try to set xREDIRECT to debug mode...

iirc HLSW detects it by checking for the CVAR redirect_version. so if you want to hide it, change the lines in the code that register this CVAR (function calls to register_cvar and set_cvar_string)

i don't think i understand the idea of "liking" a command. it's just a command and it fulfills a certain function. Valve tries to remove it from being used remotely - not only did they fail with that...
