Is Teleport speed can be changed?

Can I ask about how I can make Teleport speed?
I tried to make {150.0, 150.0, 0.0} but it not works :\

I think that we've origin[3] and must check it on all angels with direction in 64 units on 90, 180, 270 and origin[2]+120.0 for all end vectors are they impact collision.. is it true?
