i think it all same, but daf is not opensourced, and it runs as valve server plugin
if you running linux, you can use iptables (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=106378) instead

In the file under the first post OB version only for windows. Is there a new version for the CSS under Linux?
