I heard that there is a program (or something in code) which can influence PTB's decisions using fake skill points etc... Also you can add players to a list and they won't be ptb'ed, ptb says they...

Just use the .sma, I'd rather not download the .amx or .amxx file from here, may that be the problem.

Always compile them yourself, helps :P
