Then decrease the sv_minupdaterate to as much as lower until pings fluctuate at low...

WTF ......... you call it lycanthrope . Its looks like mixture of coil gun + aim

Lycanthrope dont have any sprites when shoot it have 2x aim + crosshair in 1st mode
