Who knows how to recompile L4DToolz (Windows-L4D2), change its "maxplayers" to 16 so it can prevent "ED_Alloc: no free edicts" error in some...

A few weeks ago, my coop server couldn't contain more than 4 survivors even though I've put everything about L4DToolZ correctly.
Fifth player who joined my server would be kicked and saw this error...
