for example for what purpose are 36,38 or 39 menus, or menu 3(this lags gui), or menu 35(this crash client)

I saved plugins in Utf-8 without BOM and compile it with compile.exe ! Maybe I'm doing something wrong:
i edit the source in Notepad++, select all the code and lick convert to utf-8 (without BOM)....
