yeah...but in China Mainland....VPS and dedicated-server for csgo(even not for csgo) are too expensive，VPS which is 1 core 2.5Ghz and 1GB with 10M bandwidth will cost 546.50 yuan per month(about 81...

his reserve slot feature is not using reserveslot.smx,and in his codes when VIP join via console, it won't kick player not VIP in game even server is full,I mixed some code from reserveslot.smx fixed...

Should have VIP reserved slots(my mistake...It can connect via console..)...for real...I dont know how to make your plugin works with reservedslots.smx..even I put "a" with sm_vip_flags

I just added a feature what I need about player can activate their own VIP via A Key, if someone need it just compile plugin with this code, and then what you need to do just generator keys and uplod...
