I could not get it working until i moved the cvars to another config. so i'm guessing it was a plugin naming issue?? i used ....cstrike/cfg/sourcemod/noblock.cfg which was failing to get picked...

I had thought that the pre-compiled script is pointing to the older, buggy version. I compiled it and installed, but still we have people who do not get $$$ at rounds end.
